Apply for a new NICOP
- Picture.
- Picture of front page of your
- Additionally, you must provide CNIC number and name of a relative who is a Pakistani national Only (children, siblings, paternal and maternal grandparents, and paternal and maternal grand children)
  
  For first ever NICOP Card
- Valid copy of Pakistani or Foreign
- Birth certificate with father’s or mother’s name in case of foreign birth OR
- S-1 form in case when applicant’s Pakistani is expired or invalid.
- Copies of parent’s CNIC.
- is exempted if NICOP is applied for within first six months of birth.
Documents Required For Nicop Renewal
- Expired NICOP is required.

Modify your NICOP

For Change in Martial status:
- Married Male Nikah Nama OR Affidavit is required.
- Married Female Nikah Nama OR Affidavit duly countersigned by the husband.
  Husband’s CNIC/MNIC/NICOP OR confirmation through email by the husband along with the copy of CNIC/MNIC/NICOP.
- Divorced Male/Female
  Divorce Papers or the issued certificate.
- Deceased Husband
  Death Certificate of the husband is required.
- For change of family head
  CNIC / NICOP of head of the family or guardian.

Apply for New POC card

Renewal of POC card

Apply for a New FRC
1. Valid copy of Pak/Foreign (Front Page)
2. Birth certificate
3. Copies of Parent’s CNIC.
4. Latest Size Picture.
5. Marriage Certificate (If applicable)
Renew a FRC
1. Valid copy of PAK/Foreign Front Page).
2. Latest Size Picture.
3. Valid Pakistani or valid Foreign .
4. Nikkah Nama / Marriage paper only for married applicants and where applicable divorce/death certificate of spouse to change marital status to Divorced/Widowed.
5. Parents Nadra Card copies (if necessary).
6. Residence Permit (if required).

The following documents are required for renewal of your Machine readable (online)

Mandatory
- Copy of your Computerized National Identity Card.
- Copy of your Old (First Two pages).
- Attestation Form for Minors (in case of minor).
- No-Objection Certificate(NOC) (In case of employee of the Government of Pakistan.)
- (Note: Apart from the above documents, you may also provide the following documents, depending upon the nature of your Application)
MINORS
If the applicant is less than 18 years of age, the following documents may be required in addition to the mandatory documents:
- NICOP or Family Registration Certificate(FRC) – NICOP card can be processed online.
- National ID Card copy of parents.
- Copy of Computerized B-Form.
- Copy of Death Certificate if mother or father has passed away.
- Guardianship certificate.
